Beginning at 9AM on Tuesday, May 21, 2019, and continuing throughout the 2019 Memorial Day Holiday Weekend until 6AM on Saturday, May 26, 2019, Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard, Maryland 450, Annapolis Street and Taylor Avenue, between Rowe Boulevard (Maryland 70) and Annapolis Street, will be heavily congested due to the 2019 United States Naval Academy Graduation in Annapolis.

This heavy congestion will necessitate the following diversion:

LocalLink (LL) 70:

Southbound: Via the regular route southbound on Ritchie Highway/Maryland Two to the 50 West Interchange, then:
Right onto 50 West towards Annapolis
Straight on 50 West towards Annapolis
Right at Exit 24A Rowe Boulevard (Maryland Seventy)
Straight on Rowe Boulevard (Maryland Seventy) past Taylor Avenue, then via the regular route.

Northbound: Via the regular route northbound on Rowe Boulevard (Maryland Seventy) to Taylor Avenue, then:
Straight on Rowe Boulevard (Maryland Seventy)
Right onto 50 East towards the Bay Bridge
Straight on 50 East towards the Bay Bridge
Right at Exit 27 Maryland Two towards Baltimore
Left on Maryland Two towards Baltimore
Straight on Ritchie Highway/Maryland Two past Chautaugua Road, then via the regular route.
