Fall 2026 Service Changes

The fall service change will be effective Sunday, August 23, 2026. These changes include bus stop modifications - stop relocations, temporary discontinuations, and sign modifications.

Please review the following lists for all changes. 

Bus Stop Modifications - New, relocated, discontinued and updated bus stops 

Key
NS = Nearside (before the intersection)
FS = Far side (after the intersection)
MID = Midblock (in between intersections)
OPP = Opposite (on a long block across the street from a T-intersection)

New Bus Stops

• Druid Hill Ave & Cloverdale RD OPP: Stop ID14295. This stop has been created and will also serve as a layover for the CityLink Lime.

Relocated Bus Stops

• Greenmount Ave & 22^nd St SB: Stop ID 1582. This stop will be relocated to the far side of 22^nd St.

Discontinued Bus Stops

• Belair Rd & Louisa Ave NB: Stop ID 8917. This stop will be discontinued as a safety precaution.

Bus Stop Modifications – Balance Bmore

 Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) will implement a series of changes to bus stops under Balance BMORE, a bus stop optimization initiative aimed at improving transit efficiency by adjusting bus stop locations.

This involves discontinuing, adding, or relocating stops to achieve consistent spacing that will help reduce travel delays for faster, more reliable trips. MTA used a data-driven approach to identify optimization opportunities, considering stop spacing, ridership, safety, accessibility, and other factors to provide a better rider experience.
