On Saturday, June 3 from 6:00am to 11:00pm, Charles Street will be closed between Saratoga Street and North Avenue for the Charles Street Promenade. Charles Street will also be closed from North Avenue to 33rd Street for the Trans Pride Parade and Festival from June 3 at 5:00am to June 4 at 3:00am. This will result in route detours and stop closures.
The following routes will detour when heading northbound along Charles Street-
- CityLink Green and CityLink Silver trips to Morgan State University
- LocalLink 51
Northbound trips on those routes will run up Charles Street until Baltimore Street. From there, they will go down Baltimore Street before turning down Calvert Street. The CityLink Green will turn from Calvert Street onto North Avenue to continue its regular route. The CityLink Silver trips to Morgan State University will turn onto 33rd Street to continue its regular route. LocalLink 51 trips will go from Calvert Street down University Parkway back to Charles Street to continue its regular route. There will be no detours to southbound trips on the CityLink Green, CityLink Silver trips from Morgan State University, or the LocalLink 51.
CityLink Silver northbound trips to Johns Hopkins Unviersity will follow a similar detour as the Morgan State University detour. Those trips will go north along Calvert Street until Unviersity Parkway, where those trips will end, bypassing the end portion of the route. CityLink Silver southbound trips from Johns Hopkins University will detour from the beginning of the route until Saint Paul Street where it will begin its regular route.

The following routes will detour along Preston Street and Eutaw Street-
- CityLink Lime and CityLink Yellow

All three routes will follow their normal path west on Preston Street until Saint Paul Street. From there, all three routes will go down Saint Paul Street to Chase Street, then Martin Luther King Boulevard to Cathedral Street before returning to their regular route path along Preston Street.
When heading east, all three routes will following their normal path on Eutaw Street until Martin Luther King Boulevard. From there, all three routes will go down Centre Street to Calvert Street before returning to their regular route path along Biddle Street.
