On Sunday, August 25, 2019, between 6:45 AM and 9:30 AM, several roads in Annapolis
will be closed on a rolling basis for the 43rd Annual Annapolis 10 Mile Race.

The road closures include:
Rowe Boulevard Southbound lane from Farragut Road to Taylor Avenue
Taylor Avenue from Rowe Boulevard to Baltimore Boulevard
Intersection of Rowe Boulevard at Taylor Avenue
Rowe Boulevard between Taylor Avenue & Northwest Street
Northwest Street
Church Circle North portion, between Northwest Street & Main Street
Church Circle at College Avenue (expect Delays on Church Circle)

Operators are encouraged to coordinate with the Annapolis Police Department, the
United States Naval Academy and Naval Support Activity Annapolis, the Anne Arundel
County Police, the Maryland Highway Administration, and the Maryland State Police who
will be assisting with route and street closures.

Heavy congestion and anticipated delays may necessitate the following diversion:

Southbound: Via the regular route southbound on Ritchie Highway/MD 2 to the 50 West Interchange, then:
Right onto 50 West towards Annapolis
Straight on 50 West towards Annapolis
Right at Exit 23B West Street
Straight on West Street past Calvert Street, then via the regular route.

Northbound: Via the regular route southbound on Calvert Street to West Street, then:
Right on West Street towards 50 East
Right onto 50 East towards the Bay Bridge
Straight on 50 East towards the Bay Bridge
Right at Exit 27 MD 2 towards Baltimore
Left to MD 2 towards Baltimore
Straight on Ritchie Highway/MD 2 past Chautaugua Road, then via the regular route.
