On Thursday, July 4, 2019, between 11:30 AM and 3:30 PM, the following streets will be closed due to the Annual Arbutus Fourth of July Festivities:

Oregon Avenue/Carville Avenue between Francis Avenue and Sulphur Spring Road
East Drive between Sulphur Spring Road and North Avenue.
Sulphur Spring Road between Selma Avenue and Orville

These closures will necessitate the following temporary diversions of CityLink Yellow and LocalLink 76 service:

CityLink Yellow (UMBC Service)
Southbound: Via the regular route on Poplar Avenue to Shelbourne Avenue, then:
Right on Shelbourne Avenue
Right on Sulphur Spring Road
Left on Selford Road
Left on Francis Avenue
Right on Selma Avenue, then via regular route.

Northbound: Via the regular route to Francis Avenue and Oregon Avenue, then:
Straight on Francis Avenue
Right on Selford Road
Right on Sulphur Spring Road
Left on Shelbourne Avenue
Left on Poplar Avenue, then via the regular route.

LocalLink 76
Westbound: Via the regular route on westbound Wilkens Avenue to Maiden Choice Lane, then:
Straight on Wilkens Avenue
Left on Walker Avenue
Left on Hilltop Circle, bear left and follow the complete Hilltop Circle loop back to Walker Avenue
Left on Walker Avenue
Left on Wilkens Avenue to Rolling Road, then via the regular route back to Southwest Park and Ride.

Eastbound: Via the regular route on eastbound Wilkens Avenue, then:
Right on Walker Avenue
Left on Hilltop Circle, bear left to follow Hilltop Circle loop back to Walker Avenue
Left on Walker Avenue
Right on Wilkens Avenue, continuing across Maiden Choice Lane, then via the regular eastbound route.
