Description:

The switch issue has been cleared and normal rail operations will resume. Residual delays are expected as rail traffic clears. Delays are as follows:
- Train 426 (3:00 dpt Wash) is operating with a 60-70 minute delay and is arriving at Penn Station.
- Train 428 (3:40 dpt Wash) is operating with a 30-40 minute delay and is approaching West Baltimore Station.
- Train 532 (4:10 dpt Wash) is operating with a 5-10 minute delay but will incur delay following delayed Train 428.
