The Pension Board, appointed by the Maryland Transit Administrator, has fiduciary responsibility for ensuring that the Maryland Transit Administration Pension Plan is administered in accordance with the pension plan document and in the best interest of plan participants and beneficiaries. The Pension Board is also charged with complying with applicable laws and regulations and maintaining the plan's status as a qualified defined benefit pension plan.

The Pension Board meets periodically to fulfill its duties. Notices of Pension Board meetings, proposed agendas, and meeting minutes will be posted on this site.

When: Wednesday, April 10, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. l
Where: MTA offices located at 6. St. Paul Street, Baltimore, MD, 21202, in the 5th Floor Conference Room

Part of the meeting may be conducted in a closed session. In order to plan the meeting space, we request that members of the public who wish to attend notify the Office of Human Resources at (410) 767-3860 in advance of the meeting.
