MTA Commuter Bus recognizes that many passengers who have a renewable ticket by mail order through Commuter Direct received, but may not have used their April monthly ticket due to the coronavirus outbreak. MTA Commuter Bus is announcing that April monthly passes will be honored for travel in June. You do not need to exchange or replace your ticket - drivers will be instructed to honor April passes for the entire month of June. For passengers with a Transit Link Card, the April ticket will be honored in June only for travel on MTA Commuter Bus, not Washington Metrorail.

Customers who have a renewable monthly pass order through Commuter Direct will be receiving an email from Commuter Direct by the end of the day today with a one-click link to suspend or modify your June ticket order. Please watch for this email and take any account modification action no later than Wednesday, May 13 at 2:00pm, which is the deadline to modify your June order.
